We sell top quality raw hair From remote area around the world 

What color does the hair come in?
Our hair comes in its natural state which is a dark brown.

Can this hair be dyed/colored?
Yes, this hair can be dyed/colored. However, we recommend that the hair is colored by a professional stylist/cosmetologist. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your delivery. In store pick-up is also available. If you are picking up in store, at checkout, please use coupon code: PICKUP, in order to waive shipping costs. Under certain circumstances, we provide delivery services. Delivery of products starts at $20. Please call us, to see if this option is available for you.

What is your return policy?
We are final sale unless we have made a mistake on our end
